Two employees were outstanding, Margaret on front desk days and Jorge on front desk 3rd shift.

We had to find accomodations for 4 nights due to a power outage at our home after a severe storm hit. This was a last minute decision. I wanted to find a hotel close enough to home and work but I am very picky when it comes to staying in hotels as I am very concerned about cleanliness. I never stayed at a LaQuinta before. Because hundreds of thousands of people were without power in our area, most all hotels were at capacity.
I made the choice of LaQuinta. The price was reasonable and they had complementary breakfast. Check-in was fast and easy. There were no surprises with my bill. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed at the LaQuinta for a week and several family members and friends came in for shorter periods. We had over 15 rooms! The managers, Mary and Amber were very gracious and helpful, no matter what the circumstance was. We had great service and friendly smiles from every employee there! They all seemed to like their jobs! It wasn't the fanciest hotel on the block but I would stay there anytime over the others. Attitude is everything! They worked with us on prices for multiple rooms and shuttles us around. It was a stress free week as far as the hotel accadominations were concerned! A 5 star from our family!!!

The La Quinta Inn in Hoffman Estates, IL is a very nice place to stay at. Our room was very clean, beds were comfy and clean. AC worked.

Amy, at the front desk was very nice. She called about 30 minutes after we got into our room to make sure everything was fine and asked if we needed anything.

There is an outdoor pool, that area was very clean and the pool looked inviting.

We slept in, so we missed the free breakfast.

There is a Chili's and IHop located next to the hotel. We had dinner at Chili's and breakfast at IHop, both were yummy.

Only things that I did not like:

The bathroom (shower/tub and toilet) room is very...very small. I'm 5'3' and I was cramped in there.

The outlet cover behind the night stand was loose. Kinda worried me when I plugged in my cell phone charging dock.

Other than those things...we stay was perfect.

We love that La Quinta allows pets!!! We travel with our two dogs and it's nice to be able to find a nice, clean, comfy place that welcomes Lucy and Stella. :O)

I prefer to sleep with windows open instead of AC and could not do that. The window screen was damaged.

I highly recommend this hotel.
