i stayed there on the sept, 20th it was a great stay!!!! check in n check out where a breeze the staff was helpfull n curtious. the front desk lady Maria was great, always with a smile!!!

Good service, needs breakfast, bed lamp not working, small screw missing from wall switch-plate. All things corrected immediately. Good staff, Wendy was the best!
Good shower and TV!

We were escaping the Florida heat and arriving in the Chicago area as "Summer Birds" and found that our House for the summer was still not ready We found a great rate at this Red Roof and decided to try it for the first few days. We had a large King room with a new oversize (for hotels) fridge, freezer and microwave. Easy to prepare some easy meals or leftovers from any of the great local restaurants. The Business King work area was large and very well lighted. And we had lots of working easy to reach outlets to charge all our cells and such. Free and fast wireless. We also found a upscale coffee system in the front lobby that was able to make all kinds of great coffee's ...6 kinds from regular to latte. The front desk people from Maria and Corbin? and wendy all helped us when we needed a fax or copy or any special request ...and always with a smile. We were so happy to have such a great room and pleasent staff and the houskeepers also did a great job too! We ended up Staying 5 more days while we waited for our Chicago home. We will use this hotel anytime we need a place in this area. It only took about 20 -25 minutes to get to the O'hare area (non-rush hour) GREAT JOB HOFFMAN ESTATES RED ROOF!!

I booked the king room with a desk,refrigerator, & microwave. It was a large clean room. Since I am traveling for work, I enjoy the option of preparing meals in my room. I also appreciate that Red Roof Inn excepts dogs. Having rooms with exterior doors makes walking my dog very convenient.
The staff was very helpful & friendly.
The only negative for my stay, was that they did not have a luggage cart to make loading and unloading quicker.
