Your Staff is friendly and courtesous, accomodating, there is not much of that in Customer service any longer. Your Front Desk associate Hannah provided exceptional Customer service during my entire stay. Thank you

I arrived a little before midnight on Friday, 23 March 2012 and went to bed. At 3:30 am I got up to go to the bathroom, turned on the lights, and saw many happy, well fed bed bugs on the bed! I killed and took two for specimens, took photos of the bugs and blood spots on the pillows and sheets, packed up and searched as best I could for stowaways, and checked out of the hotel so as to have documentation of the stay. The night clerk was very kind and understanding, but said there was nothing he could do.

I subsequently got positive ID of the bed bugs from a county extension service. I later did some Internet research and found not one, but two other reports of bed bugs at this place.

I will never stay somewhere without checking the internet first, believe me!

We have had an extended stay here, and have had a good experience, with a helpful staff and clean rooms with prompt service. It is located in a great central location, with great choice of dining to choose from and everything; including shopping near by. If you don't have a vehicle that you arrived from, transportation is no problem, whether staying for business or have come to visit relatives, holidays, etc. If you are flying in from O'hare it is just a short distance. I would recommend as a place to stay for anyone who is slim on travel expenses, but needs a comfortable place to stay.

The overall all stay was quite delightful. The room met standards, for the price, and the front desk went the extra mile to make sure I was content and comfortable. They were also very helpful. One of the girls went out of her way to look up and print out directions for me, and brought me extra towels whenever I needed them. They were very accommodating.
