Great quiet facility. They have upgraded many of the rooms. Priority Club platinum members do get upgraded if availability allows or they give you extra PC points. Typical Candlewood layout rooms, low key environment. Easy to access off of I-90. Diane is a delightful front desk agent. Rates are definitely always very good.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights... very nice accomodations... and though the staff is sometimes working on rooms, just ringing the bell brought very courteous help. It's in the back of an office/hotel complex, but very convenient to food and major streets/highways.

I arrived on a Monday and departed on a Friday. I didn't realize that on longer stays, the room is only cleaned once per week. Consequently, my room was not cleaned during my stay. This is the hotels policy for keeping room rates down. I'm not a slob, but I do like the bed made and the bathroom cleaned while I'm traveling. If this cleaning policy is not an issue for you, the amenities are good and the hotel is relatively new and in good condition. If you expect your room to be cleaned daily, look elsewhere.

I stayed here for a week in April while attending a conference nearby. I did not request a nonsmoking room when I booked, but I should have. I arrived a little late in the evening and the only rooms left were smoking. The room itself was not bad, but the hallway in the smoking wing was very smoky. I was told I could switch the next day.

They the next morning I was much larger one bedroom nonsmoking suite. I had had a studio the night before.

The rooms contain a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and stove. My one bedroom suite had two televisions. There is a workout room and FREE self service laundry. Upon arrival you get a coupon for a free soda in the "company store". High speed internet is free and reliable.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here. Just remember to request a nonsmoking room if you desire one.
