My wife was staying at your hotel during her birthday. I called and was helped by Lubna. This hotel is luckie to have a top notch employee like Lubna. She took it upon herself to help me get my wife a special gift and have it delivered to the room. Thats the kind of service that is so nice to find.

There's nothing special about this Choice Hotels property, but nothing bad, either. It was clean, close to the highway, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was average for the chain. The hallways smelled of smoke, but the rooms did not. No pool or hot tub. I got a great price, though, and it met our needs perfectly. Excellent, very helpful staff.

AJ and staff were always busy restocking, dusting and smiling. Sure appreciated a cold bottle of water and a mint when we straggelled in after a long day.

Lubna helped me book my Organization's hotel rooms for a conference. I came in several weeks before to get names on the room confirmations. She helped me get the conference rates and immediately send email confirmations for our guests. Closer to the event I needed to add another name so I called and she remembered me from my visit. It was nice to have personal service. Highly recommend the service is A+.
