I have stayed here several times over the last year. The staff is great, always willing to help. Rooms are comfortable, internet service is excellent.

The hotel is at Manheim and 290, so most of the Western Burbs and downtown are easily accessible from this hotel. It is one block south of 290, which puts you right at 294, also.

Decent local food, perhaps not as good as other areas, but enough places for some variety. Also some national chains available. Target across the parking lot, so supplies easy to get.

This hotel seemed brand new. It was very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle service that will take you to O'Hare or to the nearest "L" train station. It is conveniently located near a shopping center and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable.

I could hear a train in the distance every once in a while, but it didn't affect sleeping.

The only thing I didn't care for was the continental breakfast.

Just had an overnight stay in Chicago and this place was on the same road as our car rental location and easy on/off the the freeway. It wasn't obvious that we were so close to a train track so that was a concern at first but we got a room facing the rear (a view of the car park and the Staples store) and didn't hear any trains during the night.

We had a King Suite which was spacious and well decorated. Comfortable bed and great shower pressure. Plenty of parking, free internet and while the free breakfast is basic there was plenty of it.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Great place if you want to be close to the aiprort but not next door to it.

This is a new property with nice decor. Rooms are typical hotel decor with 37" LCD televisions, microwaves and mini refrigerators. Bathrooms are typical have plenty of body, hand and face towels, however, my first room had a toilet that seemed a bit loose on it's base as it seemed to move when you flushed it.

If you stay at this property, it is located at a shopping center, which has benefits such as restaurants, stores and easy highway access, but it has one big drawback, it is on a main thoroughfare and rooms on the back side of hotel will get a lot of traffic noise during commute hours. Suggestion: request a quite room, or better yet, ask for a room on the front side (the entrance side) to avoid getting all the noise.

The gym has nothing but cardio, but has towels and water fountains, and the pool is a decent size lap pool.

If location is your concern, there is not much around in this area, and downtown Chicago is about 14 miles east on highway 290 (which runs next to hotel/shopping center). Be aware of traffic, especially in the evening.

Overall this was a nice place to come back to every evening and the staff is cordial and professional. Rates were a bit high considering how far from downtown it was.
