I stayed at this hotel after going to Ozzfest this year. I arrived after the concert and was very exhausted only to have the clerk behind the counter tell me that my credit card was declined! NOT TRUE! This guy was an idiot. He didn't know how to check me in to his computer even after the booking agent had already done almost ALL of the work. All he had to do was type in 3 numbers! He could NOT do that! This guy tells me to go up to the room that I had booked over a MONTH ago and he will contact his manager and call me later to tell me if I could stay. HA! It was MIDNIGHT! No way was I going to wait up all night for this guy, and he never did call. The next morning, the same guy tells me to go and just leave, and he will just pay for the room out of his own pocket! HA! NO WAY! I was not going to leave without a receipt for proof that I paid my bill! This guy runs to another hotel (The Comfort Inn) and gets a clerk to come over and help him figure out the computer! It took these guys about 20 minutes to get me checked in and then checked out. Oh and the room? I booked this room over a month before I arrived. I called twice before I even got to the hotel to verify my reservation. They tried to put in a non smoking handicapped room. I said VERY specifically I was NOT handicapped when I booked the room. Gues what? when I got to the room - It WAS for a handicapped person. It was a clean room but it looked like someone hadn't been in the room for a very long time to dust or sweap the floor. You know how a room gets if you don't clean it for a long time. It was like that.
I would NOT recommend a stay in this hotel. Yes the room rates are low, but, the BS that goes along with it is not worth your money.
You get what you pay for!
Maybe I should have stayed at the Comfort Inn, at least they know how to work the computers!
