I made this hotel reservation through CheapoAir. I paid for two rooms, for two nights. I called to ask for a microwave and small fridge in one of the rooms, and if I can to have the two rooms next to each other because I have young children. When I checked into the hotel, I was told by the person checking my family in, that one of the room was canceled by Expedia. I said I did not book them through Expedia. I had to call CheapOair and was on hold for 15 minutes before I can talk to someone. In the meantime, I asked the desk person to look at my confirmation papers because the confirmation information was all printed on it. I was told, it was unnecessary and they don't need to look at them. Afterwards, it was't canceled. There were two rooms reserved as I had them. I was also told that they will not accomodate my request for a microwave and small fridge because the rooms I have reserved were too "cheap" and I had to reserve a more expensive room to get a microwave or fridge. I should complain because the hotel have specified that all guests have to be satisfied while staying at their hotels. I certainly was not happy because the service was terrible. The hotel was also next to a major freeway and it was terribly noisy all time of day or night. And if your room happens to be facing the freeway, as ours did, the headlights of the cars speeding by hitting you in the eyes constantly if your shades are not drawn. It was bad. I would never subject my family to stay at a place that treats their guests this way.
