“Gross, dirty and un-professional.”

On a business trip and made reservations for 5 nights. Upon making the reservation requested a room with a fridge. First night, room did not have fridge. The front desk help was too occupied on his cell phone. I was told that when a fridge was available it would be put inside room. Second night, still no fridge. Was moved to another room with fridge. The TV in the second room did not work. While in the shower the next day, the manager walked in my room because there was no record of anyone staying in the room. I checked out and found a better hotel at the same rate. The Baymont was gross. I would not walk across the carpet without my flip-flops! Don't stay there unless you are OK with filth!

“Horrible experience”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 November 2010

My daughter and I arrived late on Thursday for a military graduation. We had not chosen the hotel as we were meeting up with others. If we were alone, we would have walked out. I specifically asked for a no smoking room. Having read the reviews, I also asked for a room away from the highway. The room, although marked no smoking, reeked of cigarette smoke. When I asked for a match in order to light a candle to get rid of the smell, they had none. The room had "punch holes" in the wall, the bed skirt was ripped and falling off the bed. I would NEVER stay at this hotel or any Baymont Suites again.

“pleasant surprise”

I booked this hotel without looking at trip advisor reviews... and then checked the reviews after booking and it was pretty average ratings...
I thought it may not be good but still i went ahead and stayed on that hotel.
It was a pleasant surprise. very clean & fairly big rooms with very reasonable tariff.

“It's a 1- Star Hotel.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 May 2010

The room smells of dried urine.

The chair for the desk looked so stained that I put a towel over it before sitting.

The easy chair in the room seriously looks more worn than furniture that would be viable for gifting to charitable places.

The noise from the highway is annoying.

They will either photocopy your driver's license or enter your driver's license number into their computer system so that they verify that it's really you. The stated purpose to verify my identity is illogical, as they see that I'm me by observing the photo in my presence, and matching the name with my reservation. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to maintain a copy of guests' driver's licenses as it creates the potential for IDENTITY THEFT. Even if the room had not been sub-par, for this reason alone-I would NOT return to this property and cannot in good faith recommend it to anyone reasonably concerned with protecting their information. A driver's license number, birth-date and address in the wrong hands can be devastating to an unknowing Baymont guest whose information becomes compromised.

Stay away from this property until they change their policies, and clean up a bit.

Safe travels....
