I would stay at this property once/6 weeks for business reasons. The staff was always very courteous, new my name, always had reservation ready. The accomadations are reasonable and they get quite a lot of business. Unfortunately I dont travel to this area anymore...I actually miss the staff. Best location to stay in if in Galesburg area...in my opinion.

My children & I traveled to Galesburg by train. For our return trip, the train wasn't scheduled to leave until 4:30 p.m. Management arranged for us to occupy the room until 2 p.m. (check out is at 12 N), and then set up the breakfast room with a T.V. to entertain my children until it was time to leave for the train station. WOW!

Had a great time at this property. As a PC platinum member, got upgraded to a huge suite. Quiet, flat screen TV, extremely comfortable bed. Just the perfect degree of softness. I felt like I was in my own little world.

Lobby had cookies. Guest services supervisor was the most overly friendly person I have encountered at a hotel this year. Even had a hand written (and quite lengthy) note welcoming me to the property.

Hotel is right by a large supermarket that has pretty decent food. Location right off the highway makes it ideal for travel.... and I did not hear any highway noise at all. Even with a fairly full hotel, I didn't hear noise from anything/anyone.

All around a great stay!

Quite a pleasant experience. Everyone very friendly and helpful. No problems at all.
