Crumbs in bed, pee and poo in toilet, pee splashed on bottoms of toilets in two rooms, hair in tub/on floor, sheets not changed, bed spreads have lots of fuzzies on the back side like they havent been washed for ever, Internet is as bad as dial-up, parking lot has no room. They admit they only have two housekeepers for all their rooms. These folks were not happy with us having them re-clean the bathroom. They should be thankful we are not demanding our
money back! My bro in law wouldn't even let them clean his room. He took the supplies and did it himself.

Hotel was dirty. And the chidren woke up with bites on their skin. I think it must have been bed bugs. The email confirmation said 99.00$ estimated cost of stay. When it was actually 217.00$. The hotel lobby smelt like cigarette smoke in the early morning, cleark must have been smoking in doors which is against the law. And when I went to the lobbly early morning I had to wake the attendant at the desk to help me. I should have slep in the car.

This place is dirty--filthy actually. Headlice were discovered on our 3-year-old granddaughter after our stay here. The parking lot is in terrible shape. It is one huge pothole. This hotel is actually located nearer Knoxville, Il then it is Galesburg proper. Drive a little bit further into Galesburg and find a much better place to stay at a much better price!!!!

We requested on the internet reservation site a non-smoking room room with two double beds on the second floor away from ice machines, no connecting door, quiet area! We were told all the rooms were booked for the night so they could not move us. We received a king size bed on the first floor next to the pop machine. As you entered the hotel there was a smell. As you entered the room there was even a stronger smell. The clerk offered our money back. It was 11:00 o'clock at night, where would we go??? The room had mold on the shower curtain, dead flies in the bathroom light fixture, and a burned hole on the lamp shade. I have never stayed in a hotel like this in my entire life. We asked for some form of compensation the next day. The very nice clerk called the manager who stated we never said anything at the time of check-in. We said we did. She called him back and read the night clerk's remarks to no avail. The Super 8 Corporation should visit this site as soon as possible! We did take pictures of the room for them to look at in the future.
