We stay in a lot of Hilton Hotels & this is the worse by far!!! When we arrived I happened to be on crutches, the doors do not automatically open, you have to push a button & of course it didn't work! The hotel smells like smoke, the elevators are extremely slow, the rooms seemed dingy, the bath water took 45 mins to drain from
the tub, the shower squealed so badly that you had to take a bath, there is no fridge or microwave & the breakfast was being put away quickly before breakfast was supposed to end & lastly the staff was very unprofessional & dresses very sloppy with fat hanging out of their shirts & looking like they just crawled out of bed not to mention my husband & I swear there are bed bugs!! We will NEVER stay here again!!!

There were very few travelers, but we were all placed in one corner of the motel, for the convience of the maids. They shouted at each other about which rooms were vacant so that we would wake up and get out of there. At breakfast there was no milk, no juice, no fruit, no apology. And a lot of loud bantering with the staff there.
The water would not drain in the bathroom sink. After a trip staying in Hamptons for 5 days, we started looking at other brands, as we left in a hurry.

This Hampton is one of the worst Hampton's i've been in, and I stay at Hampton's at least every other week. It is OLD and in need of a total remodel, maybe complete teardown.
As you walk down the hallway, you notice the building is sagging to and fro. The floors are unlevel ,soft feeling and it sounds like a heard of elephants when someone walks down the hallway. An annoying low level thump is transmitted which can be heard as a thumping in room. The dresser which my tv was on showed how unlevel the room was, as you could notice it tilted further from the wall at the top from the bottom. There were water spots on the ceiling and walls. bathroom ceiling repaired rather poorly. Cobwebs from ceiling to wall. Low water pressure, toilet did not flush right. Water spots on 1 lampshade! My outside window had condensation between the panes. The air conditioner fan stays on constantly. DEFINITELY NOT worth the money I paid.
Hope to find another Hotel to stay at my next business trip. The staff was great I must add.

First, the hotel was nice and clean and we were satisfied with the room. The staff made a really nice complimentary breakfast and the staff kept the dining area clean and cleared off. Coffee was not watered down. This is not to discourage you from staying at this hotel, but to give a heads up that avoiding a room near the swimming pool would be a good thing to do. We did not anticipate any problems with the room being next to the pool as most hotels close the pool down by at least 10PM and we knew we would be out late (back later than 10PM) as we were in Decatur for the fabulous Juvae jazz festival. We got back to our room after midnight and there were at least a dozen children and adults in the pool/pool area and they were making lots of noise as well as the children yelling and running up and down the hallway from the pool to their rooms. I called the front desk and they said the pool was open until 1AM - then I checked the hotel's book that said the pool closes at 11PM. I called the desk back and got an apology as she was new and had not been informed of the pool hours - and she did shut things down after my second call. In spite of that, the party people kept up the racket in the halls for at least another half hour and they were so loud they kept us awake until they settled down. Nice little shopping center next door. The rooms at the back did not have any parking next to the building so it was nice and quiet - made it easy to sleep in a little later.
