We recently traveled across the country for a family wedding. This was our first stop along the way. Very disappointing! Our room was very old and in need of renovating. The carpet was old and stained. However, the worst part came when we turned down the bed covers -- the sheets were so old, thin, and the material was extremely pilled and rough... not to mention stained (ugh) AND there was hair (and NOT just one) on the sheets of both beds. We just could not stay in this room (I believe it was #131). The front desk employee was apologetic and gave us room #134. It was a little bit better. Sheets were still pilled but not as bad and at least only 1 hair on the sheet. The carpet in the lobby was also stained & dirty. But they did have a very nice breakfast and friendly employees. After this experience, our son began picking out hotels ahead of time -- using TripAdvisor recommendations -- so we
had good accommodations the remainder of our trip.
