It was very nice and clean. The staff were quite friendly. However, finding the location of the hotel was quite a bit of a problem even with a GPS! If you get lost, call them and ask for directions. It's known to have happened to many a traveller!

We arrived at the hotel to a lobby filled of people hanging around drinking. When we went to our room across the hall from us were more beer bottles, open hotel room doors inviting the party they were planning.

I immediately told the front desk who said that there are 9 soccer teams here for the week. I told him that I didn't care that they were here they need to remember that there are other people in the hotel who need a good night's rest.

Hotel night staff didn't do much to help the situation

Stayed in a hot tub room, which was very nice, but without the wireless connection, we couldn't play the relaxing music we wanted to hear. We were only 5 rooms away from the lobby, too - where wireless worked just fine.

Otherwise, our stay was quite nice.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was a surprise to me, it was beautiful. The lighting over the Jacuzzi tub in the room was gorgeous, the bed was wonderful, the pillows were definitely a plus too. I was afraid it was going to be cold when you got out of the Jacuzzi but it was a comfortable temperature as long as you didn’t get under the covers. The blankets were so warm it was unbelievable, I did like them though. The only complaint I would have would be they need bubbles for the Jacuzzi, the tv needs to be either mounted to the wall or put up a little higher. Also maybe a heated towel rack to put your towels on before you get out of the tub. But it was a wonderful night stay.
