Nice hotel, typical Holiday Inn Express. Kind of hard to find the hotel, in the middle of a bunch of industrial businesses. Can see the interstate from the hotel, so ask for a room not facing the interstate, towels do need to be replaced due to being rather rough and older.

The Internet in this hotel sucks. Don't bother trying to get any work done. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly. If you don't need to use the internet, then this hotel will be the one you want to stay in.

I've stayed at this hotel several times while in Peoria for business. I enjoy its location, near several large roads which are convenient regardless of which direction I'll be heading for my appointments. The staff is always super helpful, nice and outgoing and they have always accommodated any requests I've had for specific types of rooms etc. The breakfast is always good, and they put your bill under your door for a speedy check out--which I sincerely appreciate.
Probably the only downside to this hotel is the parking situation. The front lot fills up quickly, leaving guests to park in the back for which there is no 'automatic' door like there is in the front, leaving guests having to wrestle with their luggage and key card just to get in/out of the door.

Good nights stay, a bit hard to get to off interstate but worth the effort.
