First the good. Both women we encountered at the desk were extremely pleasant. The good ends there. The carpets in the hallway had not been vacuumed (there was a piece of red licorice on the floor outside the elevator that we used to make sure we were on the right floor), someone had drawn on the leather chair with black magic marker, the wall clock was stuck at 2:00, the pull out couch was filthy and the encased mattress was of inferior quality, the sheet for the pull out couch had shoe prints all over, the room had a chemical smell, the bathroom had not been cleaned (don't ask how I know) and the place was generally disgusting. Stay away. Stay far away!
