Room was older and a bit dumpy, but I'm not that picky. What really got me was that (1) someone tried to get into my room and was only stopped by the security bar, and (2) a fast food delivery guy started pounding on my door at 1am and wouldn't stop. I didn't order any food if you hadn't guessed! Then the next morning they stuffed way more people into the shuttle than it should have held....full of adults and kids strewn about. It wasn't safe, and the kicker is that they had a larger van that they didn't use! I was there for 12 hours and have never had more trouble in such a short amount of time.

Close to airport and a good value.
The staff was freindly and efficient.

We needed a room for the night due to early morning flight. The shuttle service was great, both directions. The check-in was very smooth and the room and bathroom both clean and adequate but the carpet was horrible. We slept well but left too early for the breakfast. Be sure to allow plenty of time at the airport in the early morning hours because security is very slow.

We used the hotel for the Park Sleep Fly rate. The room was clean and decent. The restaurant next door was actually very good. The shuttle was on time both ways. The Bus/Shuttle Center directions are a bit confusing bc you have to follow OHare signage to the bottom floor BEFORE take another elevator to the "Cubs" Level as directed on the shuttle card. It had 14 days of parking and was right off of 294. Worked out well. Now if someone could do something about the traffic on 294....
