This HGI is well managed, clean, and comfortable.
It's an easy drive from Ohare car rental lot and nice and quiet even though close to the airport.
I'll stay here again next time I'm flying into Ohare.

We have stayed at this hotel in December 2011 and also New Year's Eve 2012, as well as late January 2012. We have family living nearby, and we may be back!

This is a delightful place, even as they are renovating the lobby.

Great pool, great restaurant, very comfortable room and bed, quiet room atmosphere. I can't find a single thing to find fault with!

We have had a regular room, Jacuzzi room, have ordered room service, have used the pool extensively, have had the breakfast. Nothing to complain about anywhere.

I stayed here near the end of January and hosted a workshop in a banquet room. The location is very convenient and they have regular shuttles to O'Hare. The construction was going on when I arrived, but in the final stages, and everything looks really nice. Banquet staff was outstanding. Breakfast in the morning was very, very good. Hot tub was a little too hot for my liking; if I had children with me the pool facility would have been a welcome outlet for energy! Room was in great shape, very comfortable, very clean, everything I could hope for. They will even take you via shuttle to the CTS station and pick you up so you don't have to pay parking at the lot or drive downtown. If you go, pay the extra for the bed and breakfast rate, it's totally worth it.

My first stay here. I was prepared for the lobby renovations , but still surprised by so much work at once. The staff were careful to ensure guest comfort though.
Hotel is in flight path to airport, but I did not notice this much once inside.
Great staff- especially the shuttle drivers.
Rooms were comfortable and bed was superb.
Free internet!
I skipped breakfast due to snowstorm so no comments on that.
I recommend this for an airport location hotel.
