No surprises sometimes is a good thing. Expecy a smooth stay, good comfort and a team that tries its best.

Average to my standards except for the VERY POOR Internet connection whose bandwidth is nonexistent (45 minutes to send out a 6MB file) and whose price is unreasonable. This is a business hotel, why do you make doing business difficult?

We stayed here last week when we were in town to visit some family for the holidays. We had a great time... The staff was extra friendly and the facilities were great. It looked like they were making some upgrades to the facilities which is great considering the place was in good shape already. We will certainly be staying here in the future, when we come to visit family. Very nice suite-like room, clean, good food, great pool and gym... Loved it!

This was my first stay at this location and I think it is my favorite. I've Always liked Hyatt Hotel's, but this one was particularly nice. Very clean, spacious rooms, excellent housekeeping & wonderful room service. Not to mention the Starbucks located in the lobby, that get's my day started just right! Followed up by a friendly greet to breakfast, which is better than your "average" continental breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly, with a nice relaxing lounge, that allowed me to get my work done during the evening. Overall it was a great experience.

This is a huge hotel at corner of major intersection - close to lots of local needs. Stayed here 1 night, room was fine - had a nice stay - would stay again.
