I can't recommend this hotel for anyone, it is not clean, the breakfast is terrible and the service is the worst I've ever experienced. Here is the story of my experience with this hotel.
We arrived at 12:30AM and we had already paid for our hotel rooms through Hotels.com. Apparently Hotels.com's system was down so the card Hotels.com gave them (this is Hotels.com's actual credit card, not ours) couldn't be charged. Instead of giving us a room and sorting it out in the morning, they told us there was nothing they could do and basically put us out on the street.
After calling Hotels.com and convincing them they wouldn't be stiffed by a mulitmillion dollar corporation, they agreed to give us a room as long as we let them hold our credit card. I gave them mine which had more than double what was needed to cover our rooms. In the morning, after a stay in a dirty room with parties going on in most of the adjacent rooms and the smell of pot present in every part of the hotel, I found out they accidently triple-charged my card (for over $500) causing an overdraft.
When I called them one employee (the one who made the mistake) was sympathetic and tried his best to help. 5 days later (today) my money has still not been refunded and I called to find out why. I spoke with a woman who insisted that triple-charging my card wasn't their fault (but couldn't explain why not) and there was nothing they could do. She ended the conversation by yelling at me and telling me the manager would call me.
The manager called me 20 minutes later and began by openly yelling at me telling me that it had already been refunded so it wasn't there fault even though they triple-charged me and it would take an additional 2 days for the refund to hit my account. It then got worse when he started to curse at me and get extremely angry and out of line. He tried to deny that I had been triple-charged in the first place and when I told him that the employee who did it had already admitted the mistake to me and described how it happened he told me "He is just a [--] employee, he doesn't know a goddamn thing". At that point I saw we were going nowhere and ended the conversation and decided that the most constructive use of my time would be writing reviews to make sure nobody has to deal with this place in the future.
Please don't stay here, there are plenty of other options.
