Went there for a wedding on Dec. 3, 2011 and stayed over. The room was clean and typical. The reception was very nice. The restaurant was nice - we had breakfast there the following morning. The staff was friendly and attentive. My only problem was the club at the facility. It's called FML.

After the wedding a lot of us went to the club. We'd all had an awful lot to drink at the recption and were having fun and didn't want it to end. There was one black gentleman at the recption and he was the only one in our group that the doorman didn't allow into FLM. He said that he was too drunk. I know I and a lot others in our group had more than he did. I found this SO unacceptable.

We booked a 2 day workshop for Commercial Finance Training and the accomdations offered and delivered were exceptional. From Marla helping our Company facilitate the days plan with food and beverage to the ease of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our attendee’s this Hotel hit it out the park. We are in the process of booking our December event again.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting the Chicago area. Check in and check out was hassle free and the staff were friendly, including the restaurant personnel where we had breakfast one morning. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative comment, but it wouldn't keep me from staying there again, was that the room furnishings were dated. We don't watch television, but this was the first hotel/motel we've stayed in for quite a while that didn't have a flat screen TV and the furniture appeared old. Despite that, it was a very pleasant stay and would stay there again.

The Greeter/host- Sabha was an outstanding help- What a Winderful Employee- He could not have been nicer- or more helpful. He was the only one who knew his directions. We Arrived for a Golf Outing, and he drove us-helped us with our bags too. Customer service Top Notch-some of the other employees there...not so much. Hope this company knows they have a GEM.
