I spent the last two night of my stay in the Chicago area at this place. I'm glad I did as I got two pretty solid nights of sleep (although I didn't have a lot of time to sleep with other things planned!)
The main reason I stayed here was because of its closeness to Midway. I had read reviews and figured it was worth the chance to stay here.
I arrived late the first night (at about 11 p.m. or so) and didn't have any issues checking in. It was quick and painless.
My room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the internet was fast and easy to hook up to. There was a chair and an ottoman and the TV got decent enough channels. The micro fridge and microwave are always a welcomed addition to a hotel room.
I slept sound the first night and I'm glad about that as my body needed it. The king-sized bed I got was very comfortable. The pillows were perfect and the comforter was nice. The cooling system in the room also worked well.
The second night, I unfortunately didn't have many hours to sleep (I had a 6:30 a.m. flight) as I had to be up quite early. But, the five or so hours I did get to sleep were very good -- some of the best I've had in a long time.
The bathroom was good and the water pressure worked well (though the toilet's water pressure wasn't the best for some reason). The location was very good, too. I only got a brief look at the breakfast as I was out early on Saturday (I grabbed a bagel on the run) and left before the items came out Sunday.
Overall, I'd stay here again for sure. I made it to Midway quickly and it's a nice place. The rates, too, were decent (though for the spot, I wouldn't have minding paying a little less).
