Very comfortable rooms and located well just a stone's throw from the Hancock building. Quick check in, excellent water pressure, has fridge and microwave. Why pay $50+ more for the original Hilton

We were greeted by friendly staff. Bed is always comfortable, with clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice to have a separate room to watch tv with a couch, table. The property itself is in good condition.

The Hilton Suites on the Magnificent Mile is a solid, very good hotel. There is nothing flashy or “boutique-like” here. The hotel is outfitted with your standard, run-of-the-mill Hilton hotel interiors, business center, and pool / gym. However, what makes this hotel desirable is its ideal location, room size, and being an all “suite” hotel, the bedroom is separate, and closed off by solid doors from the rest of the room. You can count on a quiet, good night’s sleep here. The service is also very good here. The staff are pleasant and responsive. Worth mentioning also are the pool and gym, which are located at the top of the property with commanding views of Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago. Also, the hotel seems to fill up with families and children on the weekends … fortunately, we didn’t have to deal with early morning, residual hallway noise since the bedroom was separate and an ample distance from the hotel door.

Nice location, and great view if you get a higher floor suite facing the lake. Great service, staff are all friendly, smiling and very helpful. Rooms are not fancy or luxurious, but everything else more than make up for it.
