Service is really good here. It did take a little longer to check in than at other hotels, but it was fine. The rooms are nice. The bathroom is to die for. Glass shower doors, with option of handheld shower or overhead rain shower. Really big closet. Not my favorite coffee maker, but it was fine (the kind where you put the little plastic drawer holding coffee into the slot in the front). Wireless internet for $9.95 wasn't too slow.
The bed was really comfortable. The room is a bit smaller, but I don't think you should stay in this neighborhood in this city if you're looking for a sprawling room like you could get out in the burbs. The point of a hotel in Chicago is to be in Chicago!
Also, I got a fantastic deal on hotels.com. I would absolutely stay here again.
