Just ok. Free wifi and regular cleaning, but no breakfast. Good location.

If you want convenience to Michigan Avenue and a great cost, this is the hotel for you. The desk staff was always friendly. They upgraded us to a larger room for free. the standard rooms are SMALL! But if you are on Michigan Avenue, you should be out in the stores and restaurants not your room! Overall great stay.

great hotel, kinda old but with the Chitown feeling, the location of the hotel is perfect, just in the middle of the action at downtown. Real chep for the area around the corner from marshalls, the apple store, disney and all the great stores. i got really late that night of the resarvation i made but with no problem thay have my room and the upgraded to a deluxe suite with no estra charge so i had i great view from the city. at the front desk Michael always gave me a great service and helped me and my family with all the doubts we have of the city.

I'll say this much, the price was right. If i had paid more for the room, I don't think I'd give it an 'average' review. the hotel wasn't great, but for the price it's hard to complain
