great chain. great hotel and great staff....
I had a really nice room, with the best view and facilities I could have... The restaurant is fantastic, they have a really nice wine list and good options for food. Mr. Kevin Pickard, the Director of Restaurants, was incredible helping us during our stay.
Everyone should try their homemade honey beers, cause it weas an incredible different experience I had....
You don´t need to leave from there to have an excellent gastronomy experience.
Go visit them, for sure.

My biggest complaint about the hotel was that the room was quite small. No issues with the room facilities - bed etc. The gym is great - weights separate from cardio. Very nice club loungs and prices that are extremely reasonable.

I have stayed at the Michigan Ave. Marriott many times for business and pleasure. Great access to shopping, restaurants, and Chicago attractions located in the heart of the Magnificent Mile. Good cab service and quick trip to any business location in downtown Chicago.

Service was top notch and friendly, room was very clean, although a bit small. Fantastic Concierge service on the second floor open from 7am to 10pm during the week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all but the heartiest of eaters.

Room was clean and bed comfortable, but small. Bathroom even smaller. With 2 people plus luggage, not a lot of room. Internet should be included. Marriott Fairfield in Madison WI did include internet. Street noise could be heard on 36th floor room. Heat could not be turned down low enough for us to be comfortable. Hotel did provide a fan. Something else to move around while trying to get to luggage. Bar staff and hotel staff were great. Upon arrival was told parking "was included", but when it appeared on the bill, we were told "included" means if you self park. What? They were good enough to accept the confusion and reverse the charge for parking.
