Renaissance is my favorite Marriott brand and this hotel fit the typical Renaissance model. The bed was great, the room was nice. My room had only a shower and not a tub but that was o.k. for me. Due to it's proximity to O'Hare there is a daily charge of $20 for parking that you would not have to pay if you went a little further out. It was a little cumbersome with using the attached parking garage with all all of your luggage. Plus there were not many eating choices near by. I would probably stay someplace else if I travel to the area for work again.

This was our third Park, Sleep, Fly stay at this hotel...staying both before and after our trips.

Service, rooms, restaurant are all great. Plus, the shuttle will take you to area restaurants in between their airport trips.

The covered parking is a plus when traveling during the winter.

We booked two rooms prior to our flight out to CA..location, roomy suites, friendly and helpful staff made our stay so nice...we would definitely stay again and again!!

Room was sizable, clean and reasonably quiet (minor traffic noise from the street but not through walls). TV remote didn't work, but this wasn't a big issue. The restaurant on the premises was quite good, with quality service. My biggest peeve was having to pay an extra $10 a day for internet in the room, with free wi-fi available only in the lobby. In many places wi-fi is complementary or at least includes a certain number of free time per day in the standard room fare.
