I took my daughter and some friends here for her birthday. The staff was incredible from the moment we checked in making sure that she felt special for her birthday weekend. This hotel knows what it means to "go the extra mile" when it comes to service! The suite was fantastic! We will absolutely stay here when we return to Chicago.

I have stayed at many hotels in Chicago over the years and so far this is the nicest. Very good personal service, good attention to detail and extremely nice rooms. Didn't get 5 stars from me as there was no Coffee Maker available in the room and while the Room Service People were extremely nice, prompt and well mannered, i just dont like to have to depend on others for my first cups of the day.

We found this the perfect place for a relaxing get-away. And, just outside the front door is an amazing array of things to do and see in the Windy City. For example,Tiffany's is on the ground floor. Where else can you find that?

The hotel staff is expertly trained in customer service and are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are tasteful decorated and impossibly clean - everything gleams - and the whole hotel exudes a feeling of quiet and calm. You'll rarely, if ever, see the maids and there are no carts in the hallways. Everything happens as if by magic.

Our room had fantastic amenities. Huge bathroom and guest bath in marble and glass, luxurious bed, fluffy bathrobes, tons of closet space, large living room, unique controls for mood lighting, electronics, privacy light, make-up room light, and even a door bell. The desk was outfitted with a printer and its own fax phone #.

The concierge desk and pages were at our beckon call for everything our hearts desired. We didn't use them often, but it was great knowing they were there.

There are simply too many thoughtful touches to list here. I highly recommend that you take a break and discover it for yourself!

This hotel is very, very nice! Our room was sized very comfortably with a king sized bed, desk w/2 chairs, sofa, and coffee table and overlooked Michigan Avenue. The bed was very comfortable, just like home. You pass through a small dressing area with bench as you enter a lovely marble bathroom. The sound system in both sleeping area and bathroom are a treat. It was also very clean, something I'm pretty picky about! Someone in an earlier review mentioned thin walls, I'm not sure what they were talking about. I couldn't hear anything outside our room. We didn't use the spa but will if we are fortunate to have the opportunity to stay here again.
