I guess the elevator is running faster as I didn't have to wait a lot for it like in my previous visits. We do get free water, but no breakfast. free wifi around and computer and printer.
Friendly, good for working and shooping

Room was very small but clean and neat. Ok for the price = $110. Was told suite is much bigger. Worth the upcharge.

This is a fantastic hotel,great views,awesome rooms,excellent facilities and wonderful staff,I am on a vacation around the USA and the minute I arrived I was well looked after by the staff and they give me all the information I needed.I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

There is no better stay, especially for the cost here in Chicago. I have lived in the area for over 36 years and have stayed in many hotels over the years and Club Quarters is second to none for price, location and hospitality. From the stellar views to the exceptional staff to the very comfortable rooms, I for one won't be staying anywhere else when I spend time here. Let me break it all down for you here.

Location - Right in the heart of the magnificent mile. A lovely Italian restaurant at the foot of the hotel and a corner bakery right next door. You couldn't ask for better.

Price - This quality and location for less than $200 a night? Again, can't beat it.

Rooms - The views over the river are fantastic, spacious immaculate rooms and comfortable beds, what else do you need?

Staff - The most welcoming and helpful of any hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world. They were kind and smiling, patient and always extremely helpful.

It may not have the glitz and glamour of some of the big 5 star hotels in the area, but they still beat them out with quality, comfort and kindness. I can't wait to return.
