This place was not like I expected. Room was a nice size but had a TERRIBLE odor the entire 2 nights we were there. Shower only ran cold water. Continental breakfast sucked, lots of "mini" stuff. Room didn't get cleaned after do not disturb sign was removed from the door and they CLAIMED to have 24 hour housekeeping. Only thing good about this hotel is lots of restaurants nearby and staff was friendly. Overall, this place is not worth 172 dollars for 2 nights.

Upon arriving at this place it was nice until we all walked in th check in that's when the nightmare begone! WE thought that we had reserve 3 night stay for 3 nights, but we only had 2 reserve nights so the 10 adults and 5 had to come up with an extra money to pay for the night because we didn't have no where else to stay this was the money we had planned to use for another event! One of the couple with (3) children was moved to a single bedroom and their children had to sleep on the floor because they didn't have roll away beds !! So my advice is don't stay here and make sure you get a good understanding of what the rates are come on now if 10 adults heard the same quote for a (3) night stay whose wrong? and hen checking in you only booked for (2) .

The area looked a little run down. The outside of the Hotel looks nice. The front desk was pleasant. The room was a smoking room with double beds so right there I would expect a little less since smoking rooms seem to be the worst rooms in the hotel. When we walked in, it reaked so we opened the windows and turned on the fan and left to eat. When we came back it was a little better smelling. The walls were very scratched up, and peeling in some places, one of the beds was lop-sided a little, the floor could have been vacumed a little better, the bedding was clean with no stains and the bath towels were clean with no stains; however small and not soft. The walls are VERY thin, I could hear the conversation in the next room very clearly. It was right on the border of staying and walking out and finding something else, I wouldn't stay here again, however a good value for only $50 (you get what you pay for).

This hotel caters to truckers, so they claim to need 24 hour hosekeeping staff. Translated this means they start cleaning rooms at 4 or 4:30 am after the truckers leave. Normal people who would like to sleep until a reasonable hour like 7 am are awakened by vacuums and carts in the hall at 4am. When I complained to the front desk they advised they have a 98% occupancy and need to clean at all hours to have rooms available. Well this traveler will never be part of their 98% occupancy ever again. It wasn't just one night this occurred - we were there for three nights. Each night/morning awakened at 4 am to the sounds of vacuums.
