We stayed at this motel from Sep 5-7 with our eldest daughter. We had room 320. We asked for a quit room. Every five minutes the toilet filled a quarter of a gallon because it leaked. The front desk assured us that they would fix it on monday, but they did not. It did not bother us, because we closed the valve during the night. The noise of the trucks parking next to the motel, the noise of the street and the noise of the general ventilation system beneath our room made that this was not a quit room. The photos on their website are correct. Altough this is a non-moking motel, the first morning we smelled definitely sigarette smoke at out floor and at the breakfast table too coming from a whole family of smokers. We will not stay again in this motel.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the room to see how fresh and clean it was. There was a safe in the room, wooden hangers that actually come off the rack, a full size ironing board and an iron I wish I had at home, a microfridge that would pass for brand new just like the chair and ottoman. That chair was so comfortable, I napped there in the afternoons. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. I was on the third floor so the traffic and the semis didn't bother me. There was a stoplight so the access to the main road was easy. All in all, it was a very nice stay and I will stay here again.

We decided to stay in the Ramada Limited as the price truly beats all other Bolingbrook hotels in the area. That was a positive for us. The hotel clerk was nice and friendly. Then we had the "privilege" of meeting Mr. Cline (the hotel manager) the next day. We were in town visiting some friends and invited their children to our hotel for a swim. Mr. Cline rushed in and very rudely said we should have asked him first. We were extremely apologetic and asked if they could stay. He told us they would have to leave. Keep in mind that the hotel was empty and there were maybe 5 cars in the lot our whole stay. It was like they did not want the pool to even be used!! The next morning, we asked Mr. Cline if he had change for tolls. Mr. Cline advised that while he had the change, he could not give it to us. Nice guy. As far as the noise, the hotel is right next to a truck stop and we had to hear the semis hitting the huge dips in the road right by the hotel. That is no fault of the hotel, but there are quieter places to stay I am sure. The positives about this hotel is that it is clean (probably because not many people stay there), it is priced appropriately and the shower head is nice.

I will never again stay at the Ramada Limited of Bolingbrook , Illinois because of the unprofessional service I had received from a Mr. Kline. He is very arrogant and talked down to me and my husband as if we were children. Never , Never again will I support that hotel as long as he is manager there.
