We blocked about 30 rooms at this hotel for our wedding in November. Rooms were clean and huge, pool and hot tub were nice, free hot breakfast, free wifi, and the location is awesome. However none of these compare to how AWESOME the staff is. The salesperson, Julie, helped us right to the last day adding rooms to our block, and figuring out shuttles, etc. The GM, Jordan, was very hospitable and made sure we comfortable with everything. And then there is Toni Greathouse. It's worth staying at this hotel just to meet her. It's rare to find the overnight person at a hotel be SO nice and accomodating. She made us feel like she was an old friend of ours, and we were at home! Staying anywhere else in the area would be doing a disservice to yourself.

Stayed one night while visting family.
Room is very spacious.
Has kitchenette and separate sitting area from sleeping area.(sofa sleeper too)
Vanity area is separated from bathroom as well.
Would be good for small family.
Will stay again when in the area!

The location works right off of 53 and close to 55. The rooms are very clean with pictures and decorations but the layout of the room is weak. I have a "king suite" and its about the same size if not smaller then most rooms I usually stay at in this price range. Poor floor plan, the closets are crammed in the corner so you have to forced the door by the edge of the bed. Internet is free but isn't the fastest net I've ever used. Staff is nice and friendly and breakfast is free! Nice HD flat screens In the rooms, small fridge and microwave. Overall good stay but the layout of the room for a suite is cramped.

My husband has stayed here many times as it is close to his company's Bolingbrook office. We brought 3 of our kids with us to hang out with Daddy during one of his business trips, as well as make our way into Chicago for a few activities. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. We were given our room when it was ready after 3:00pm so the kids & I did some exploring in Bolingbrook. It is a nice community & there are things to do but some of the prices &/or times for these outings were prohibitive to us. When we got into our room it had an overwelming smoke odor as if it had just been converted to a non-smoking room & all they did was sprayed it not changing anything out or painting. The smell persisted the 3 days/ 2nights we were there. Fortunately we weren't in the room much. And there was plenty of space. 2 beds & a pull out couch was enough room for the 5 of us to sprawl out. I wasn't hip to the bathroom set up but it was nice & clean. The tv had poor reception & some kids channels didn't come in well at all but we weren't taking a break to watch tv. Our window faced the road but the air conditioner hummed quietly taking away any external noise which may have bothered us.
We had the complimentary breakfast each morning and it was nice to just be able to head downstairs & take care of it quickly. The offerings were kept full & warm & there was a pretty good selection (it is better than a continental breakfast for sure - make your own waffles, oatmeal, fruit, breakfast meat & cereal choices plus pastries & eggs).
We will definetly visited Bolingbrook with Daddy again as we had fun going into the city & playing in the hotel's ample pool (they also have a workout room next to it). The kids had fun & we chose SpringHill because it would accomodate the 5 of us better. It's close to lots of things including Ikea, downtown (we went to Taste of Chicago, museums & a Cubs game at Wrigley) and my husband's favorite restaurant - Portillo's (a must try if you dig hot dogs).
