We got a great rate on hotels.com. I didn't know what to expect (due to the amazing deal) but was totally...and pleasantly surprised. It had a beautiful lobby with the smell of choc chip cookies (but they were all gone...as we were a late check in). The room was spacious and clean. It had a large bathroom, sitting room with TV, small table and chairs and small refrig (can't remember if there was other kitchen appliances since we didn't use them). The bedroom was separate and was nice sized. The bed was very comfortable. I would be more critical if I had been paying for a 5 star hotel, as there were some very minor repairs needed, such as snagged curtains. There was a continental breakfast included with the typical menu. I've paid twice the price for a hotel like this!

We selected this hotel as our destination after reading its reviews and were not disappointed. We arrived in the dark, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very neat and clean, beds very comfortable. Seeing we had been traveling and tired we went right to bed and had an excellent nights sleep and after the nice hot breakfast that was included in the price we headed out for another day of driving.

We have this hotel listed in our favorites and we would return if ever in the area again.

Our hometown is Peoria, Illinois, and we always fly into Bloomington and spend a night at this hotel. We have never been disappointed.
We have traveled extensively, and this hotel is the cleanest I have ever seen. From the sinks in the bathrooms, to the coffeemaker; everything is spotless.
The suites are spacious with modern furnishings and comfortable beds.
The only suggestion would be for stronger water pressure in the shower.
Breakfast is hot and delicious. Food presentation is beautiful; fruit, pastries, yogurt, hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. What a deal! The coffee hit the spot as I love the fancy creamers.
We had trouble printing our board passes in the Business Center and the person on duty, printed them for us at the front desk - awesome service and great location by the airport.

My son and I arrived and their was no one at the desk and I had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up! The lady at the desk quoted me a rate and then I told her I had a coupon and she then said the rate wouuld be more, and quoted a rate of $30 more. We finally worked that out and then went to the room. My son and I decided to take advantage of the happy hour the hotel provides. When we went in to the dining area, my son started to make a taco and the attendant screamed at him and told him he needed a ticket. I asked her where we were suppose to get the tickets and she said "You know where you are suppose to get them" She then left the room and returned with the desk girl and the desk girl gave us three tickets a piece. She brought us drinks and my sons soda was watered down and my very tiny draft beer had grease on the outside of the cup and about two inches of foam on it. The hamburger for the taco bar was dripping with grease. I asked the attendant why she thought it had so much grease and she said "Their is always McDonalds" My third time of being very disappointed and I really enjoyed staying there! officer_14_yr@yahoo.com
