Whoever the so called "manager" is, it's all lies!!!! I work for this dump & I can assure you the only thing these "managers" take care of is THEMSELVES. We complain to the "managers" all the time about guess not having this, not having that, and they do nothing to resolve the issue. As long as these dirtballs keep coming to this place, the "management" will just keep getting wealthy.Every negative comment about this place is entirely TRUE!!! Take it from someone who knows!!!

Hated every minute of my stay here! On the surface, this place may seem like a deal, but it is NOT! Advertisements state this place is "newly remodeled." I saw zero evidence of that! The non-smoking room smelled like a mix of stale smoke and something soured, and the carpets were so filthy that after walking on them for a few minutes, my pink slippers were black as coal on the bottom. The tub in the bathroom had numerous burn marks, and I watched several roaches crawling on the mirror, around the sink, etc. The combo fridge and microwave was a JOKE -- old-fashioned and filthy! The blankets on the bed did not look clean, all the furniture was partly broken and/or stained and chipped. The remote to the TV barely worked and was taped together with duct tape. The walls had stains on them, too. The curtain on the window stank and was stained and haphazardly hung up. Looking out the window at night, I could see shady characters going in and out of rooms, and obvious drug deals/use were going on. I did NOT feel safe here! I witnessed some character being arrested right outside my room also. The so-called "free high-speed internet" wasn't even strong enough to get a signal in the room. If I wanted to sit out in the parking lot on the computer, I could have had a decent signal, but needless to say, that wasn't happening. The owners themselves seemed very suspicious and snoopy of myself and my colleague for some reason, which I found very odd since we were there on business and all this obvious illegal activity was going on underenath their noses without them giving it a second glance. The check-in system is very archaic (apparently no computers are used here), the "ice machine" is actually an Igloo cooler sitting in the lobby floor with ice dumped in where everyone can stick in their grubby hands. The "free coffee" is dispensed from a coffee maker, also in the lobby, that looks as though it is never washed. All in all, this motel is a filthy dump. The stench of the room literally saturated my clothes. I spent everyday there spraying Lysol and room freshener around. I would NEVR recommend Town House to anyone. The only one positive thing I can say about it is the close proximity to Jack in the Box and the downtown area. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

August 08 - we had 8 rooms for several days. carpets dirty, cob webs, plaster peeling from ceiling, walls need repair from holes, bugs, no iron, no clock, no face plate on several phones, door knob loose, bathroom door didn't close, no hair dryer or coffee pot; sheets and towels thin, can't open shampoo packet, cheap cheap soap, tub needs caulking, fridge doesn't work and was dirty, toilet stopped up, cable wire just strung from the wall -- not stapled. THIS IS JUST ONE ROOM! Other rooms had same overall issues plus some. OWNER REALLY DOESN'T CARE. One front desk clerk is really good. the others have no clue. His wife works front desk and doesn't know how to check in or out or set the phones for local calls.
REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE even at a $48 rate!!!! Go down the street to the Super 8 for $1 more.

We reserved the luxury suite with jacuzzi. The stains on the sofa and carpeting were so disgusting, I wouldn't even want to imagine where they came from. A wet cigarette and soggy cookie were sitting in the supposedly clean jacuzzi. The dust on the furniture was so thick you could write your name in it. You decide if it's worth a try!
