It is a sad thing in America when a person can not ask the manager about a bill without being threatened. The manager took our money and said we owed more money for calls that were not connected. We called the Phone Company, and they said they did not charge the motel for phone calls that were not connected, in any way, or picked up on the other end of the call by machine or person. What this manager or motel did, in our opinion, is out-right theft or fraud. They charged us for three calls that were never connected. Later, she tried to get the original bill back with a painted on smile. We did not give it back to her... my wife was very upset.
When asked about the bill, she said, I will get back to you... we were checking out... when exactly did she plan to get back to us. When asked about taking care of it now she threatened us. Saying she would kick us off the premesis. We are both retired, and have never been treated so badly. Our friends have stated that they have had the same kind of treatment at that motel. We Strongly suggest not doing business with this motel.
