I was passing through and since the weather was iffy i didn't want to commit to a reservation until i knew how far i could get for the night. It was just after midnight when i got to Twin Falls, and all offices for all the cheap motels were closed. I only needed a single bed for one adult plus dogs. Not needing any further amenities i tried this Super 8. The price was fair at best (plus $10/pet) and the room still smelled a little like cigarettes. (I always wonder how fair it is to count against a place for the cigarette smoke. One bad guest can screw up a room for months, and the smell doesn't go away completely with cleaning. I wouldn't count that in a score, but it's worth mentioning.) The room was small and efficient (television was a bit awkward as well) and the bed was clean. I saw no evidence of pests whatsoever (not a single bedbug, flea, roach, housefly, mouse dropping, etc) I sleep well enough, the shower was hot, and there was breakfast. Everybody on the staff was fantastic. Wifi was dead. The breakfast was nothing special, but filling and good enough to get me down the road for the next few hours of travel. Best thing was the staff, who i am sure would have gone out of the way had i needed something. So it's not my first choice for a place to stay, but it's a good back-up.
