The Twin Falls Motel 6 was one of the nicest, well appointed, clean, quiet hotels I have ever stayed at for any where near the price. I travel all around the world and stay in hotels up to 60 days a year and I would give this hotel my highest ratings. Not only was the hotel nice, but the staff was incredible friendly, courteous and professional. I look forward to staying here again.

Keeping it simple: church youth group on a mission trip blew a tire and a piece of the tire severed the gas line, took 6 hours to repair. It became obvious at 11 pm that we would not make it to Salt Lake City where we were suppossed to overnight at a church. A parent reached the Motel 6 in Twin Falls and the Manager on Duty, Rashelle, went above and beyond to not only discount 5 rooms for us but to meet and greet the group and help get everyone settled in. She even called the parent to let her know everyone had arrived safely. The service received is hard to find these days and we all greatly appreciate it. Not going to rate the room because everyone on this mission trip just wanted a clean, safe place to lay their heads and that is what we got.

I was very disappointed in this Motel 6. I arrived late after driving over 800 miles for the day. I was very tired and got a ground floor room with no problem. The front desk staff was very helpful at this time. I ate dinner and got ready for bed. When I got into the bed, i realized how really hard it was. Therefore, since there were two beds, I moved to the other bed. It was just as bad. However, since I was so tired, I tried to sleep. I dozed off for about an hour. When I woke up, my back and hips were hurting from the hard bed. I looked at the mattress and it seemed that it was just about 2 inches of foam over a double box spring with no springs on both beds. I called the office and they told me that I could come to the office and move to another room, which I did. It was not much better. I gave up about 4 in the morning and just got in the truck to continue the trip. Later, when I called the office, I was told that they would not refund my fees because I had not tried to talk to the same person who moved me when I left. Perhaps they were right, but I will never stay there again.

We have stayed here twice on different trips and found the motel a very adequate place to stay if you are traveling and need a place to stay overnight and then continue to another destination but not necessarily a place to stay for an extended time. The price is very good for what you get and it was very clean too. Everything inside seemed to work well also.
