This hotel deserves 6 stars... fresh baked cookies at 4pm, incredible breakfast (comp)... heated pool etc etc etc.
i never ever care sheets and pillows (just clean)... the hotel must have the highest quality
linens i ever slept in or under.... staff??? the best!!!
we have stayed at a few best westerns and this one is numero uno hands down...
i hope corporate reads this... or the people at the hotel...
they need to be complimented..

We stayed here one night midweek right before Christmas. Clean room on the third floor, quiet, comfortable. Good free breakfast the next morning. We'd stay here again if ever needing a room in Twin Falls.

We stayed here in Aug. 2011, as I have figured out that I am rarely disappointed by the hotels of Best Western, since each is privately owned and, I believe, therefore more closely monitored for quality. This particular hotel was beyond the good things I was already expecting! We were given a fabulous room that was newly renovated, with brand new carpet (a first in any of my hotel stays!), fabulous beds and furnishings, plenty of space, closet room, and great bathrooms. Needless to say, all was very clean and quiet. There is an elevator to help us tote bags up to the higher floors. The breakfast room facility was extra nice, large and well-stocked. Best Western always seems to offer higher quality food selections, and this hotel was great. Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, fruits, pastries, excellent! And, the front desk always has wonderful, big, chewy complimentary cookies, otherwise! Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel ended being nicest hotel on our trip and we are grateful. We stayed in some other pricier BW and thought this one took the cake. We had reservations and arrived very late. Service was fast and good, informing us of all the amenities such as the pool that is open 24 hours. We were unable to use it as we were in a hurry. The room was nice. clean and a nice size. It had a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker and iron kit. Every thing seemed in good shape, no flaws or repairs needed. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was I wish it had more blankets. The room was quiet and we slept well. The breakfast was very nice compared to most hotels. They had something for everyone and could fit about any diet needs minus maybe vegan. They had many juices, cold cereal, hot cereal, muffins, pastries, English muffins, eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, sausage and biscuits and gravy. The breakfast room seemed clean and good shape. The hotel is close to everything and you can find restaurants to shopping malls within 5 minutes of driving. We were also grateful they had a elevator and luggage carts as we had a lot of luggage and it made our lives much easier epically late at night. I wold come here again and would recommended to anyone. You would have to be crazy picky not to like this place. Its price is fir for it's quality.
