I've stayed at nearly all the hotels in the Twin Falls are and wanted to try the old Comfort Inn & Holiday Inn Express which are now both part of the AmericInn chain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any questions or special requests that I had.
I was in building "A" which is the old Holiday Inn Express and has not been completely remodeled like building "B" which was the old Comfort Inn (based on conversations that I had with the staff). Building "B" has the front desk, business center, and breakfast area. Both buildings had pools, workout rooms (I think), and vending areas. It felt a bit strange not to have staff onsite in the building I was in but all the exterior doors required keycard access so that helps from a security perspective.
Room was spacious and clean. Typical mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Flat screen TV was a nice touch. Only minor suggestions would be triple sheeting the beds instead of using the typical blanket/single sheet. Other suggestion would be shifting the bed, night stands and sofa so the bed is not so close to the window and AC/Heater - there is barely enough room to walk between the bed and the outside wall (its obvious that the room layout had been changed at one point so I suspect it will likely change again).
Breakfast was served only in Building "B" but its a very short walk between buildings. Breakfast was typical continental but also included biscuits and gravy along with multiple beverage choices.
Overall a positive stay - would recommend for both business and leisure travelers.
