I have stayed several times at this hotel, and each time I have mentioned the extremely hazardous tubs to the staff. Each time (at least 3 seperate stays) I was told that they had ordered bath Matts for the rooms, and was offered one.
But obviously they have not ordered them, I feel they just keep saying this to keep people off their backs.
Please be cautious when staying!

I am traveling with a group and we stay at this hotel every time we come through Twin Falls Idaho. the front desk staff is always so amazing , they will go out their way to help you. Night manager Brian was extremely helpful and made a check in for 25 people seamless and fast . All the rooms are super clean and quiet and again really clean. Breakfast is really good and stays open till 10 which helps if you are not leaving early in the morning. Over all this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the last few months, great clean rooms good sleep and fantastic staff. You will love it !

The rooms were clean, spacious with a flat screen tv, a great workout room, and all the amenities you'd expect in a really nice hotel.
My only complaint is that it was noisy, even though it is off the main street of Twin Falls. I'd suggest a room away from the parking lot next time.

Like most Holiday Inns, the one in Twin Falls is very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was larger than most we have seen in Holiday Inns. It looked to have been recently upgraded and seemed to be more upscale than your average Holiday Inn.

Bed was very comfortable and love the fact that breakfast is included. Breakfast was well underway when we arrived in the breakfast room at 6:35 a.m. Love that WIFI is included - little quibble - very slow connection.

If you have time as you head through Twin Falls to visit the canyon and the falls themselves - well worth it.
