I booked us in the Penthouse for our honeymoon. Our first night upon arrive it was very hard to find. Once we finally found the keys and room across the street above a restaurant we enjoyed the room for about an hour then realized a loud vibrating noise in the bedroom caused by hoods/fans in the restaurant. We were on the phone with employee of the hotel till about 1am in the morning when the fans/hoods in the restaurant below final got turned off. They assured us we would be reimbursed for the night since we choose not to move to the Best Western due to the noise. We stayed that night only in the penthouse and then moved across the street when another room became available the next day. This room was much better and had a view. I looked it up on the website and learned it was also a lower rate. I enjoyed my stay after we received the new room. I was disappointed when I received my credit card state and learn I was never reimbursed for the noisy/vibrating first night and my room was never adjust for the following night in the new room. I was mainly disappoint I was never reimburse for my first night. Even thought the second room had a lower rate online. It was worth it!
