My wife Shannon and I had no idea what to expect from this amazing retreat. We loved everything about Talus Rock especially the amazing people (and animals) that call it home. These are truly special people that are doing special things for their communities in the US and abroad. I departed feeling sad that we couldn't stay longer and experience the positive/relaxed/vibrant energy that encompasses everything about Talus Rock. Treat yourself to a getaway and you'll likely leave with a renewed sense of what it means to live a meaningful life. Thank you again to the whole family surrounding Talus Rock.

I am a huge fan of Bed and Breakfast locations but Talus Rock blew every hope and expectation I could ever have out of the water!! The entire Pedersen family is so warm, welcoming and friendly. You will feel at home before you ever pull up, and when you park you will stand in awe at the dream that has been created by this family. The grounds are beautiful, the house with constanly amaze you and the energy will boost your spirits. There is so much creativity, love and attention put into every aspect of Talus Rock. We asked them to adopt us into their family, and they did without hesitation! Talus Rock and the Pedersen family have changed the course of our lives!

Talus Rock is the most unique place we have ever stayed. The architecture and decor are very artistic and well done with beautiful tile, stained glass, rustic features, and cultural accents throughout. Heather and Bruce are extremely gracious and pleasant and made us feel like family. We are definitely going to return to Talus Rock and highly recommend that others try it out

Without doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. My wife and I have travelled great distances to many beautiful destinations ...Talus Rock is a short 1.5 hours from our doorstep and it is truly incredible! From the moment you first speak with Heather you will understand why. We were treated like family from the time we arrived and the rest of the stay we spent discussing when our next getaway to Talus Rock will be! The Lodge is Unbelievable in every way...architecture is amazing, the setting is world class and the love and passion that was put into the design and build of this home is indescribable. We will be returning soon and frequently!
