Clean, nice amenities, convenient to Spokane, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. Management and staff are friendly, polite and helpful.I heartily recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area.Pet friendly as well! Poor sleep quality was due to trip circumstances, NOT the beds.

Staff was very helpful....even suggesting a local eatery, within walking distance.....good food. Very pleased.
Stayed here on our return trip as well.

The sign outside the hotel claims that they are the friendliest and cleanest hotel around, and I think they do a good job of living up to those claims. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was very nice. The room we stayed in was basic, but we got a very good night's rest here.

9/7/11 While traveling through Washington State, our abs light came on. Since that was a bit unnerving, we choose to stay at Sleep Inn in Post Falls, ID and while checking in told the gal at the front desk that we are stopping early because of a car problem. She asked what kind of a car we had and upon returning and passing her desk with our luggage, she handed us a printout of a local dealership. Thank you Roxanne We didn't know who to call and would have checked the phone book. But she made it much easier. We found the front desk the next morning to be as friendly. Thank you James and Michelle!!
