Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nites and the inkeepers were amazing very friendly and breakfast was down right perfect..... I have to say this was the best experience ever thank you so much Eric and ros you guys are truly amazing.....

The River Cove was on a beautiful riverfront property. The house was beautiful, the breakfasts delicious, and the owners very friendly and helpful. Eric and Ros are wonderful hosts and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We ate at "the White House" and the "Wine Cellar" - both were excellent. The B and B has a free paddleboat guests can use and we even got a ride on the river in the yacht that they have. Eric made a special breakfast for my boyfriend that was very healthy and delicious since he had a dietary request. Every day the breakfast was very delicious and we sat out on the deck that overlooked the river. There is an outdoor hot tub for guests that is very nice. The service here was excellent, rooms were comfortable, nice and clean and showed great attention to detail. The owners are very generous and helpful and lovely people. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing, peaceful vacation.

Two couples stayed two nights at this gorgeous B & B overlooking the Spokane River. We were in the two daylight basement rooms (only rooms on this level) with connecting, large sitting room with sofas, table, etc. microwave, refrigerator/freezer and coffee/tea service--with beautiful view of river and landscaping. Only other accomodation is one suite on main level, next to dining area. Home is located in upscale quiet neighborhood next to large wooded park along the river with easy walking trails. Breakfast and service were excellent! Host supplied coupons and directions to nearby restaurants and attractions. Hot tub also overlooks river cove. Very quiet and peaceful!
