Stayed at this facility August 26th on the way to B.C. Got there around nine p.m. after having driven all day. Reservations had already been made several days in advance.Patrick at the front desk gave us a room on the second floor near the stairs. The room was terribly small and outdated. The blankets were old and torn, We were tired and wanted to shower and go to sleep so we decided not to complain. There was also this loud continuos noise from a fan of some sort that just didn't shut off. So around 11 p.m. I called Patrick to see if this noise was the bathroom fan and how i could turn it off. His answer : he was aware that this room was noisy ,it was not the bathroom would I be willing to move to another room. Mind you it is 11:30p.m. by this time I am partially unpacked and am in bed and he expects to pack and move to another room in the middle of the night.... My question" If you know about the noise problem in this room, why did you give me this room in the first place? I was disgusted by the attitude.I am not staying here ever again or any of the howard johnsons
