Our experience was very different from Birtleman's. We found this to be one of the better Comfort Inns at which we have stayed. The desk clerk was more than pleasant; enthusiastic is a better term. The property, the public areas indoors, and our room were sparkling clean. The $80 room contained a king bed, refrigerator, microwave, quiet air conditioner, tub, shower, ironing board, sofa, coffee table, free fast Wi-Fi, and a computer table with handy power outlets. The wallpaper was almost free of marks. All the fixtures were modern and worked well. Breakfast, served at 6:30, was a conventional continental breakfast plus waffles and scrambled eggs. We would stay there again.

Disapointed tried it here after staying in other property mainly due to price but as always you get what you pay for. The hotel has potential but it seems to lack Bad and disinterested Managements. Even some staff feel the GM is weak and disinterested.

In summary very basic and we would not stay here again.

Stayed here on our way down to Disneyland. They have a bunch of hotels all together in Pocatello so it's easy to find. Nice, basic clean room. Nothing fancy but perfect for a place to rest up for more driving the next day. Walked to the Appleby's where you get a discount if you show your room key.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Pocatello on our road trip vacation across the US...I had read some very bad reviews on here before I left and was very apprehensive, but a friend had already made reservations so, I thought I would just deal with it...But it was wonderful. It was very clean and the staff was so nice...Even though we didn't get there until 11 pm....The breakfast was very tasty.. They had waffles and scrambled eggs besides the usual bagels, cereal and sweet rolls...I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this hotel to a friend...I don't know if the management has changed or what but it was great...
