Checkin was a breeze, the ac was on, and the room was the perfect temp. Went out to pick up some stuff at the quicky mart and there was no parking left when i returned.I went to the front desk to talk to carol and before she could offer me any help dena offered to move her own vehicle so i could park. Thanks girls you made my stay better.

I stayed at this property in September, '10 and found it quite acceptable. It was clean, a little old, comfortable, and everything worked. It's a roadway so it's not expected to be a higher class motel. I used Choice Privilege points for the room. When I do so, am not satisfied and consider it a waste of my points I call Choice Hotels and file a complaint which they look into. I considered it a good enough property and worth the points. There are very close good restaurants and across from the university.

Very old property and horribly dated, walls and carpets were stained and many things in need of repair. Bed was the worst we have ever stayed on, springs were popping and could be felt thru pad and bedding. Front entrance to main hallway was unlocked with no monitoring and was out of site of front desk, garbage strewn in back. Extremely disappointed no pride of ownership.

WOW, thought I would save a few bucks, what a mistake!!! Keep your free cookies! This place is a rat-hole! Run down and dirty. The beds are from the 50's and carpet looks like they got it from a frat house across the street. Believe me, spend the extra money and move down the road. I have travelled across the country and the world and I have never stayed in such a crap-hole hotel. The staff was rude, passed many meth, crack heads in the hall nad just was a huge mistake!!! I will stay in my car before I go back there. NEVER AGAIN!!!
