I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, once for a week when first moving to the area. The suites are spacious and well designed, most are a single room with mini kitchen and a nice big closet and bath. I understand some have separate bedrooms but I haven't seen those. It's great to have a real fridge/stove/fullsize coffeemaker/micro, etc. The pool is warm and clean. Breakfast is all right, served in a very pleasant area but the selection is only adequate. There is a waffle station, but the other items (cereal, oatmeal, muffins) are also carbohydrates. Yogurt is the closest you'll get to a protein item. The dining area is pleasant. There are efficient elevators and the place is secured well.

A great location and a great place to stay. As clean as whistle and great beds.

We have stayed here many times but the past couple of times have not been pleased with the cleanliness. Fortunately there is a dishwasher as the silverware wasn't clean and the drawer holding the silverware was very dirty, food crumbs in the silverware holder. The bathroom mirror was spotty and the TV only worked if you unplugged the tv and then plugged it back in - this was after someone from management came to the room and discovered it. We were here for two days and when there was no more regular coffee in the room for my a.m. coffee I went to the desk and was told there was no more available but that there was always coffee available in the dining room. Of course if you want a cup of coffee before you take your shower and want to appear in public you are out of luck - at least on this stay. We are Platinum Marriott members but will think twice before staying here again. I turned in a complaint form after our last stay in a two bedroom as it was very dirty - but nothing seems to have changed. I would stay in Idaho Falls at the Marriott there if I have a choice - it is always spotless. This was room 313. My husband is a big tipper and always leaves $5.00 for the maid, especially if we are staying more than one night - he leaves a tip each night - which usually gives you some pretty good service - didn't seem to make a difference here this time - nothing changed - mirror still was spotty, kitchen wasn't cleaned. I might add that we are not sloppy people - our dishes were in the dishwasher, nothing left on the bathroom sink area, all of our things were in order so that the maid could clean without our "stuff" being in the way. I am a Marriott Executive Platinum customer and this property exceeded my expectations for a TownPlace Suites! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. No bedbugs. Free breakfast. The only negative is that it was hard to find the turn-in to actually get to the hotel.
