The Hampton Inn in Nampa, Idaho was the best venue we've stayed in, bar none. The hotel is located on a quiet street and away from the freeway noise and traffic. The room (King Suite) was just what we needed (microwave/refrigerator, quiet corner, king bed, extra sink, great amenities). The breakfast area was large and very efficiently arranged. the food was superb, with a large variety of breakfast food and juices. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

This hotel is the best location to simply walk to the Idaho Center for an event. It is practically in the parking lot. I was a little concerned that the hotel parking lot would then be too full the night of the concert, but the concert-goers stayed in the lot provided by the Idaho Center. It was not an issue at all. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was great fun for our younger child and the breakfast was pretty nice. The selection at the Hampton is a bit broader than some of the standard complimentary breakfasts.

Stayed here 2 nights on business in September. Appears to be a newer hotel in a newly developed part of town (Nampa's population has nearly tripled in the last 15 years). It is right across the street from a Wal-Mart and shopping mall area, but the road is not busy or congested. Staff was prompt and helpful. Upon arrival in my room, which was spacious, very clean, but not much larger than a "typical" room, I found my TV remote did not work. I went to front desk, and they gave me another at the desk (their last one) and said if that one does not work, just call and they will send up one that does. It also did not work, so I called and within minutes they had one at my door and made sure it worked. My sink drain ran very slow in the bathroom. They said they would have maintenance take care of it the next day, which they did. Breakfast was good--lots of selection of hot foods. Large sitting area. It was not very crowded at breakfast at all. I did not check out the pool or other facilities. Clean, comfortable stay. I would recommend.

I loved this hotel! It was clean and comfortable. I got a suite and the microwave was even sparkling. We used the hot tub and the pool which were both nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was huge! Cereal, eggs, breakfast potatoes, breakfast breads, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt, make your own waffles - probably more that I didn't see.
The staff was super nice. Also, Walmart is literally within walking distance so if you need anything that they don't have in the little hotel shop you can get it there. I plan to go back next year and I probably won't pack a thing - they have everything :)
