Due to a conference in nearby Pullman, WA, the only hotel within miles that had a room was Super 8. I was grateful to have it, but it wasn't pleasant.

I had a non-smoking room, but the corridors, neighbors and common areas, in and out, all stunk of cigarette smoke. The next morning, even though I'd been in a non-smoking room, all my clothing smelled like cigarettes.

In general, they provide adequate lodging in a pinch, but merely adequate. For example, the complementary breakfast was so lame (a small room with cereal, coffee, milk and juice) that I chose to pay for breakfast elsewhere.

The motel was close to campus, but most of the clientele were working people on work travel (a window washer, a bunch of electric linemen, etc.). Lots of smokers.

While the desk help was friendly, they too were smokers ... it's the ambiance of the place ... basically unpleasant.

I stayed here because I took my Savannah cat Jabali to get heart surgery at WSU. It was a roller coaster of emotions on this trip. The lady Lori at the front desk was such a delight and so helpful! I had reservations at a hotel in the area that was horrible and when I saw it I knew there was no way I was going to stay there. She saved me with a place here. The staff here are so helpful and go out of their way to make it a positive stay. Thank you Lori! John in maintenance was also great! He helped us bring in our stuff to our motel room and then he even cut a hole in a bin for us to put Jabali's litter box in so he wouldn't make a mess with his litter after his surgery. Jabali is now doing Great! The staff here are OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend this Motel to others. If I am ever in this area again this is the only place I will stay! Thanks for everything!

Had some things stole from my room after the maid had been in it! The hotel was not helpful or anything when it happened. Just said it's not their fault!!! It was their maid however but they totally didn't seem to care. The maid was very scetchy to say the least!!

On the flip side the Moscow Police department was AWESOME! We never recovered our stolen items but the police did everything in their power to help unlike the hotel staff!!!

Very basic and simple hotel. Clean room, but very small. Newer air conditioners worked well at keeping the room at the desired temp. No counter space in bathroom. We stayed in a queen room. Front office staff were very nice and helpful. Cont breakfast was very limited, but what they provided was good. Bed was comfortable. We had no problem with noise coming from hallway or rooms next door. We slept with the window open and had no issues with load outside noise. Wireless internet worked fine.
